Surgery Times

The surgery is open Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 6.30pm and patients are seen by appointment only.

Extended Opening Hours

Since December 2008 we have been offering extended hours sessions which are available every Tuesday evening for pre-bookable appointments. We are also open 8.30 – 11.30am on the first Saturday of every month. These appointments are pre-bookable up to two weeks in advance and are ideally suited for patients who can only access the services outside of the normal surgery opening hours.

Out Of Hours

If you need to contact a doctor when the surgery is closed, telephone 01992 450040 and you will hear a recorded message which will give you information about the out-of-hours service. When the surgery is closed you can contact an emergency doctor on 03000 333 333. If you need any health advice, you can phone NHS Direct which is a 24-hour, nurse-led helpline on 0845 4647.

Patients who do not attend Appointments

Sometimes we do not have enough appointments and this is because a significant amount of patients do not turn up for their appointments. It is important that if you are unable to attend your appointment, you phone the surgery to let us know.
